Please allow 1–2 business days for us to process, pack, and ship your order. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will begin processing the next business day.

During high-volume periods, like new collection launches or promotional events, processing may take up to 5 business days, but we always do our best to ship as soon as possible.

Free U.S. shipping on all orders over $125

A flat-rate shipping fee of $9.99 applies to all orders under $125

Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently only offer shipping within the United States.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship using trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location and the shipping speed selected. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your package ships so you can follow it every step of the way.

Return Policy

At Timber & Velvet, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help! Below is our return and refund policy to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Returns & Exchanges
  • We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
  • Jewelry, accessories, sale items, swimwear, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

All items marked as final sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit. These include marked-down items, promotional items, and any products specifically listed as “FINAL SALE” on the product page.

Refunds
  • Refunds are issued as a store credit.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If returning an item purchased with a discount code, the refund will reflect the discounted price.
Damaged or Incorrect Item

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos. We’ll make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.
