Return Policy

At Timber & Velvet, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help! Below is our return and refund policy to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Jewelry, accessories, sale items, swimwear, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

All items marked as final sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit. These include marked-down items, promotional items, and any products specifically listed as “FINAL SALE” on the product page.

Refunds

Refunds are issued as a store credit.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If returning an item purchased with a discount code, the refund will reflect the discounted price.

Damaged or Incorrect Item

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos. We’ll make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.
